As a small, family owned Boutique Cattery, we prioritize quality over quantity and our litters are limited each year to ensure every kitten receives the care & attention they deserves. We also prioritize the health of our beloved Queens.

We offer PICKS-OF-THE-LITTER on a 1st come, 1st served basis.

$500 Non-Refundable Deposit: To Reserve a specific kitten, we require a non-refundable $500 deposit. This is applied toward the total cost of your kitten.

Deposit Roll Over: If for any reason, you do not select a kitten from the next available litter, your deposit will roll over to the next upcoming litter- it never expires!

We accept Cash, Venmo, or Zelle. We do not take credit cards or check payments.

A $500 deposit on an Available litter or a Waitlist is required for any specific holds. The remaining balance after deposit is applied, is due in full at the time of picking up your kitten - OR - within 72 hours prior to our transport service

If a kitten is not picked up within 5 consecutive days of the agreed upon pickup date, the transaction will be deemed abandoned & the kitten will be placed back as "Available" and deposited is forfeited. (We want them to be with you as soon as possible!).

When you purchase a kitten from our Cattery, a legal binding contract will be provided outlining the terms of the sale.

The contract includes the following key elements:

-Proof of Payment & Deposit Applied

-Declawing is strictly prohibited.

-Adopers must register the microchip within 48 hours of receiving your kitten(s).

-Adopters agree to feed only high quality, high protein diet incorporated with raw foods for the health and longevity of your kitten(s).

This ensures both parties are fully informed & in agreement with the terms of the sale.
